What You’ll Experience

The purpose of this 6-week workshop is to identify the obvious and not so obvious ways we strive to be accepted, successful and worthy. We will discover how we may have bought into a story about ourselves that isn’t true. 

In our time together, you will learn life changing tools and inquiries that will help you find the road back home to yourself.

Liberating Not-Enoughness is an online, womenx masterclass for up to 15 participants, meeting for 2 hours every week.

Course Dates: Five Weekly Meetings at 4:00 pm PDT/7:00 pm EDT, and 1 office hours meeting

Week 1 — Self-Doubt--Why Go There?

This is a time to realize you’re not alone. Together we’ll be exploring….

  • What not-enoughness is and where it originated

  • Your core beliefs and those that no longer serve you

  • How to align your strengths, values and qualities 

  • Who you are when you are not afraid?

Week 2 — Emotions--The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Did you learn that some emotions are not okay and that having needs are weak? We’ll be experimenting with looking at….

  • The importance of identifying and communicating your needs and desires

  • The S word—Shame

  • The importance of appreciating your emotions

Week 3 — Perfectionism is Not Sustainable

The willingness to embrace yourself starts with curiosity. We’ll dive more deeply into…..
